Preorders

All items are available on a preorder basis. Once our preorder window closes, production for all orders will begin. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the preorder closing date for your order to be produced, processed, and delivered.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to this estimated timeline.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated 4–6 week timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Séor Atelier is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at shopseor@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Séor Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
